Tennessee Track Club exists to prepare each athlete to compete at their highest level through diligent and disciplined training with like-minded individuals. The club promotes excellence by seeking to model Jesus Christ.

Tennessee Track Club was founded in 2021 to give athletes the opportunity to train at a high level in a competitive environment. Our goal is to prepare athletes to reach their full potential through disciplined training alongside like-minded individuals. Whether pursuing personal bests, or a collegiate career, Tennessee Track Club provides the structure, coaching, and support to help athletes achieve their goals.
OUR COACHES
Coaches Dillon Seigenthaler and Anna Bowers lead Tennessee Track Club with a shared passion for growing track and field in Nashville. Both former Division I athletes, they bring over 20 years of combined coaching experience, having guided multiple state championship teams and athletes, All-Americans, and a National Champion. Committed to developing the next generation of track and field talent, they strive to provide athletes with the training, mentorship, and competitive opportunities needed to excel.
anna bowers
A Nashville native, Anna has over 10 years of track and field coaching experience. A former two-sport Division I athlete, she went on to pursue the heptathlon professionally under renowned coach Gary Kinder, who helped ignite her passion for track and field. Before founding Tennessee Track Club, Anna served as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at multiple Tennessee high schools and was the head coach for girls’ track and field. She is passionate about helping athletes unlock their God-given potential and purpose.
DilloN Seigenthaler
Dillon is the Director of Human Performance and Head Track and Field Coach at Lipscomb Academy. With over 13 years of coaching experience, he has dedicated his career to developing young athletes, guiding them to more than 40 state titles. Before joining Lipscomb Academy, he served as the Head Track and Field Coach at Ensworth High School, where he played a key role in developing successful athletes both on and off the track.
As a former competitive decathlete at Lipscomb University, Dillon trained under esteemed coaches Gary Kinder and Campy Pounds, gaining firsthand experience in elite performance. He is passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential while fostering a love for the sport.

youth summer series
Tennessee Track Club's Youth Summer Series is a fun and engaging introduction to track and field for rising 3rd-6th graders. Whether your child is new to track or looking to improve their skills, this series is the perfect way to elevate their track and field performance!
middle school
The middle school program is designed for rising 7th and 8th grade boys and girls who want to elevate their track and field performance. As a preparatory program, our goal is to help young athletes develop a strong foundation that will set them up for success in high school and beyond.
1-1 coaching
1-1 Training offers athletes of any age and skill level to work directly with one of our coaches. Each session lasts one hour and is tailored to help athletes enhance their technical skills in specific events. For those not currently enrolled in our middle school or high school programs, we recommend committing to at least six weeks of 1-1 training to see significant improvement in results.
high school
The high school program is designed for rising 9th-12th grade boys and girls who are looking to maximize their talent in the sport of track and field. We welcome athletes who aspire to compete at the collegiate level as well as those who simply want to reach their full potential in high school.

Our club is for athletes who are committed to hard work and high standards. If you’re not interested in being coached or striving for improvement, this may not be the right fit. We welcome those who are passionate about growing and pushing their limits.

High school athletes are expected to commit for nine months, from June through the end of February. Meaningful improvement takes time, and consistent training is the best way to achieve lasting results.

Pricing varies based on the level of training (MS or HS) and commitment throughout the year. Costs include coaching fees, insurance, gear, meet registration, facility rental, food at meets, and travel expenses for out-of-town meets (high school athletes only– contact Anna for details on travel).

Middle school athletes will not travel to any meets in the summer at this time. We will host 1-2 intrasquad meets at Lipscomb that will have official times and marks that they will participate in. High school athletes will go to meets in the summer. Those athletes that qualify for outdoor nationals in mid-June will travel to Philadelphia. Everyone else will participate in the intrasquad meet/s.

This break aligns with the natural rhythm of the track and field calendar, even at the professional level. It also provides our year-around athletes with essential recovery time. Over the years, this period has proven vital in keeping athletes refreshed and excited as they head into the fall season.

After the indoor season is over, athletes will practice with their respective high school teams. We do, however, always welcome club members to come and practice at Lipscomb with the Lipscomb Academy team, especially if the athlete is not being coached in an event that they are expected to compete in. Practice location should be worked out between the athlete, and/or the athlete’s parents, and their high school coach.

The high school club schedule will begin in June and go through the end of February of the following calendar year. We will take a 6 week break in August and part of September.

If your child sustains an injury, we will adjust their training with modified workouts based on the severity of the injury. If further care is needed, we can also recommend quality physical therapy providers in the Nashville area.
